The preparation of our karateka for the third KWU World Championship in Yekaterinburg has begun. Between the 5th and the 18th November there is a training camp in Varna hosted by the Bulgarian Karate Kyokushin Federation.
Our contestants are being prepared under the supervision of sensei Zahari Damyanov – senior coach of our national team and his assistant sensei Zhivko Andreev.
At the moment both male and female teams lead the final preparation stage for the world championship in Russia and the open competition of Japan.
The camp routine includes  double training sessions every day.
During next week the camp will also accommodate junior male and female national representatives. They will be preparing for or participation at the World Championship of Kyokushin-kan, which will be held in Japan.
According to sensei Zahari Damyanov – acting world champion in absolute category our competitors are in great shape and the expectations are to win a lot of medals.
