The Bulgarian Kyokushin Team has completed its Russian training camp for the world championship at the end of the year!
For two weeks our men and women participated in over 16 training sessions at 6 different locations in Russia.
Over 200 is the successful sparing count with fighters of different categories and skill levels as our boys and girls demonstrated their fine abilities thus saying that nothing nobody is safe at the upcoming world championship.
The entire Bulgarian team travelled over 10 000 km in order to have the best training and to participate in the very best organized sparrings. Naturally, along the way, our competitors visited some gorgeous sites, kindly guided by their hosts.
The final training was in Nizhny Novogorod under the supervision of shihan Alexey Gorohov.
One of the interesting physical trainings was the climb and descent of the 560 steps to a local touristic site at Nizhny Novogorod.
One cannot miss to honor the perfect organization by the Bulgarian Karate Kyokushin Federation for providing optimal conditions for all national team members and their coaches.
And now the sweeter part is to come – the winning of gold medals for mother Bulgaria!
