On April 25th 2015 the city of Ruse, sports complex “Danube”, hosted the National Championship for children between 8 and 10 years old – kumite and kata.
The competition attracted 143 karateka from 24 clubs, competing in a total of 17 categories. Chief referee for this tournament was Tihomir Atanasov and the secretary was Prolet Vasileva. All matches were distributed between 20 referees.
The youngest prospects of Bulgarian kyokushin won a number of medals in a spectacular event.
Rado Nikolov from SC TIM – Varna and Simona Stoyanova from SC “Gladiator”, Burgas and enough merit to win the title “best technique”, Radoslav Hristov from SC “Oyama Scorpio” – Sofia proved himself as “best referee” and Dimitar Stoyanov from SC “Samurai” – Burgas received the “fighting spirit prize”.
