Our karateka with tens of medals and certificates from the “Shumen” International Cup

Tens of medals and certificates were awarded to our karateka during this past weekend – 11^th and 12^th November when the city of Shumen became the kyokushin competition arena. The city hosted the international tournament “Shumen Cup” in which a total of over 400 contestants from 30 clubs and 5 countries – Bulgaria, Serbia, Belarus, Ukraine and Greece.

Saturday was dedicated to competitions for the International Cup (IC) with children between 8 and 14 years old, as well as for matches between junior male and female contestants. In Sunday the tatami was reserved for male female and veteran contestants, who fought for medals from the State Competition (SC) in kyokushin for male and women – Kata and Kumite. The competition is hosted by the BKKF and sports club “Kyokushin” – Shumen. The results for our karateka from these competitions are also impressive.
